Fully furnished, attractively decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 900 sq. ft. air conditioned apartments,
featuring full kitchen, granite countertops, dishwashers, stainless steel
appliances, granite and marble floor tile. Fantastic view
from any unit, either overlooking the ocean or the marina. Master
bedroom features walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub and queen bed. The living room has
a comfortable reclining couch or chair from which to watch TV or a DVD. An iPod dock allows you to listen to your music and wifi means you can surf the web with your laptop. Sit on your private balcony and enjoy the
spectacular view, with your morning coffee at sunrise or enjoy the stunning
sunsets with an evening cocktail. Designed with tranquility and relaxation in mind.
Well-appointed, 1 bedroom, 1 bath luxury suites available
with a queen bed. The one
bedroom suites overlook the pool and canal. They are fully
furnished, air conditioned, with kitchenettes, which include dishwasher, small
fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and barbeque access. These luxurious
apartments feature granite and/or marble tile, stylish furniture, TV, wifi, ceiling fans
in every room, private bath with Jacuzzi tub.
Enjoy one of our suites with all the amenities of home, in a
romantic cozy setting. All rooms at Sea Breezes are non smoking. For your
comfort, our green resort is constructed of solid concrete with hurricane proof
walls and roof and provides high security for your protection with electric
gate and secure fences.
It’s a short, three minute walk to a large, flat, private,
soft, white sand beach; ideal for swimming, sunning, snorkeling, or fishing,
for bonefish on the beach or grouper and snapper off the rock jetty. For more
adventure, try diving for lobster right off the very quiet, secluded beach.
Rental fishing boats, with guide, fishing rods and bait, are available. Snorkel
equipment and ocean kayaks are also available for rent.

Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the initial deposit of 25% of
the total room or marina rate • Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded only if reservation is
cancelled prior to 21 days before scheduled arrival. Balance of payment is due
upon check in.

Sea Breezes Marina
Cruise in from afar with your yacht, or sailboat. The
property has 400’
of deep water canal, which can accommodate boats up to 50 ft, 6 ft draft. Dockage includes
fresh water hookup, 15/30/50 amp at 120 or 220 volts, 60hz
electrical connection, wireless high speed internet, outside shower, full
laundry facilities, fresh water heated pool, large hot tub and barbeque for
your enjoyment. The owner is a rescue EMT crew member of Bahamas Air Sea Rescue
Assoc. Full boat and motor repair are available nearby.

Breezes Marina is located on the south shore of Grand BahamaIsland
in Freeport
between the Xanadu and Our Lucaya hotels. It is situated only 80 miles off the coast of Florida. Sea Breezes
Marina is at the end of a low usage canal, offering a quiet nights sleep, with
minimum waves; an ideal, low stress, relaxing spot for a long weekend getaway
or for permanent dockage of your vessel. The marina is located just 1000 ft off the south shore
and is part of the gated, quiet luxury resort. Jetty entrance to the marina is 6 ft. at MLT and 9 ft. at HT with no overhead
obstructions. The marina is located at a canal junction, providing a large
turn-around area. The entrance GPS co-ordinates to the marina are 26 29 22 N

Daily Marina Rate: $0.60 per foot per day, plus power
connection (includes cable, high speed wireless and water) rates of (i)120 volt, 15 amp for $15.00 per day (ii) 30 and 50 amps metered
at $0.60 per kwh.
Monthly Marina Rates: $0.35 per foot per day, plus power
connection (includes cable, high speed wireless and water) rates of (i)120 volt, 15 amp for $10.00 per day (ii) 30 and 50 amps metered
at $0.60 per kwh.

year, boating is world class. Boaters must clear Bahamas Customs and
Immigration at the first Port of Entry. A $300.00 Bahamas Cruising Permit
allows unlimited access to over 600 uninhabited islands and cays.
Off-Site
activities abound for those seeking an active vacation
Scuba diving and snorkeling are some of the most popular
activities, and the Bahamas
boasts some of the best dive sites around. At the UNEXSO Dolphin Encounter, a swim with
the friendly dolphins is a breathtaking experience to cherish! If you enjoy
deep water fishing, there are many rental boats, to go catch that elusive
Grouper, Wahoo, Barracuda or other reef fish.
Horseback riding on one of Grand BahamaIsland's
great beaches is a very special equestrian experience. Don't miss the 40-acre LucayanNational Park, famous for its limestone
caves that you can easily explore on foot, and even dive when arranged through
UNEXSO. Numerous championship golf courses challenge your golfing skills.
Kayaking is easy and fun, and Grand
BahamaIsland's
beautiful mangrove waterways and saltwater flats are a fantastic a place to
learn. Guided tours offer numerous birding, fishing and botanical
opportunities. Water Sports offer great cruises aboard various boats for beach
parties, dinner cruises, sunset tours, and booze cruises. Water sport rentals
also include sea-doo’s, banana boat rides and
parasailing. And, if you have had too much sun, there’s the International Bazaar and Port Lucaya
Marketplace for great food and shopping, or the Treasure Bay Casino for indoor activity.

Hypnotic turquoise water and pristine
white-sand beach. The resort had a
elegant charm that filled our eyes everywhere we glanced, fruit trees, great
views of the Caribbean.
We saw a 6
foot spotted bat ray in the canal and a small ray 20 yards off the beach. We
tried some local dishes (guava duff- yum), and relaxed to our heart's content.
The beach is beautiful. Because the water offshore is
shallow, the waves are small, ideal for our young children. The water is clear,
and the beach has nice white soft sand.
This resort is a real garden spot, with many types of
plants and flowers that I have never seen, beautiful! Bathrooms are
luxurious with great amenities and a spa tub to relax after a hard day at the
beach.
